who offer a next day delivery for UK addresses. However, I cannot guarantee it will be delivered the very next day. |

Sending a Gift ~
If your purchase is a gift for someone, it can be posted directly to them (I will of course need their name, address and Postcode) and I can send the receipt to you if you specify. This means emailing your instructions to me or telephoning me on the Contact Us number. |

| I prefer to use the PayPal payment service because it is quick and easy and gives you, the customer, a high level of security and means your transactions are safe and encrypted. You do not have to join PayPal to pay by credit card or debit card when using the PayPal system. |

| Returns/Refund Policy: |

| I endeavour to use strong stringing materials and good quality findings with the clasps, connectors, earwires and chain. However, it should be noted that items made of glass, whilst being robust with everyday use (and I wear them too) do not like being dropped on a stone floor! Should one accidentally do this, and if breakages occur I will re-make the item for you free of charge, but there may be a charge for postage and/or replacement materials depending upon the extent of the damage. |

| Customers may return goods to me in good condition within 14 days for a full refund if not satisfied or if the item(s) do not meet your expectations, or if they arrive damaged. However, I ask you first to advise me by email or post and receive my confirmation before returning goods. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Anna's Jewellery Designs. |
